Windows Problems - Not drawing now

Hello everyone... I'm VERY upset right now... I recently updated my Windows 8 to 8.1 and... SUPRISE! My Cintiq drivers are not compatible... I've tried reinstalling them, recovering Windows 8 but (which I can't do, PERFECT) and nothing works... So I won't be able to draw till Wacom update its drivers... which can be... who knows?? I'll try to find out a solution...
I've read Wacom Forums and nobody has problems as I have... My screen looks more little than it should be, and it's supposed to be in the right size... and I can't draw because my Cintiq works like if I was using the whole screen, so it doesn't draw where the
